About Floor Plan Design Services

What are the features that will be represented in my 3D floor plan?

Features like windows, doors, interior walls and hallways, refrigerators, kitchen appliances, sink, bathroom, toilet, etc.

Do I really need furnishing for my 3D floor plan?

Furniture is n’t really necessary in the design of a floor plan. They are added to give your room the feel a home. If there are furniture, your room will be as good as an empty room. Rooms with furniture can easily capture the attention of prospects, making it easy for them to reach a decision to either buy or rent.

Which rooms are taken account of in 2D floor plans?

Texts are used in labeling the following rooms on 2D floor plan such as living room (with dimensions), kitchen, bedroom (with dimensions), bathroom, larger closet, etc.

Is there any need for 2D floor plan since I have ordered a 3D floor plan?

2D and 3D floor plan serve entirely different purposes. Renters depend on 2D plans to find out if the size of the property is what they are looking for. Setting for furniture and home appliances are displayed in 2D plans and not 3D.

What advantage does 3D floor plan have over 2D floor plan?

Major advantages like ease of interpretation; shows how a furniture will fit into a room; provides you with a preference in planning your wall hanging; displays all the entry and exit points; shows all the location for windows; allows you see the space available in each room, etc.

Will the design in the 3D floor plan be what I will see in my property?

The answer is no. The floor plan we give to you is n’t exactly drawn to the scale of your property. Features like flooring, models of appliance, cabinets and doors can also vary. These plans were never meant to be a total replica of your rooms. They purpose is to give you a feel of being in them.

What are the features displayed on 2D floor plan?

Common features like Interior walls and hallways, windows, ceiling fans, appliances, kitchen cabinets, sink, toilet, bathroom, etc. contained in a 2D floor plan.

If I already have a 2D floor plan, do I need another one?

To ensure consistency, we recommend you go for another one, as not all 2D designs are the same.

What features can be included in a 3D floor plan?

Broadly, a 3D floor plan contains textures, colors, furniture, etc. Various features can be included as living area, bed room, interior walls, windows, doors, electrical appliances, larger closet, kitchen area, bathroom, sink, shower, etc.

How 3D floor plan is different from 2D floor plan?

3D floor plan have more realistic look than 2D floor plan (3D floor plan has multiple illustration options like furniture, colors, textures). Also, 3D floor plan provides more exact locations of gates, windows, living area, bed room, etc. than 2D floor plan.

Can you design a 3D Floor Plan from a sketch?

Yes. We can design 3D Floor Plan from Images/ Pictures of floor plans or Sketches or Facades of your building, or CAD files (to be recommended).

About Orders (Purchasing Packages / Services)

Can I check my order status?

Yes. You can view your order status on the My Account page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations to an already placed order can be done in two ways:

  1. By sending a note in response to the order confirmation email.
  2. By calling our customer services helpline at +91-704 287 7525.

While we will make every attempt to change your order, additional charges may apply if work on the request has begun or if the scope changes significantly. Therefore, please make changes as soon as you can.

 

About Payments

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We take payments only through PayPal which is considered as one of the most trusted payment gateway.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept valid credit / debit cards or PayPal account based payments. You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card) if you don’t have a PayPal account.

 

About Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting PayPal payments

Payment with PayPal Account

Error:

We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now. Return to merchant and try a different payment method.

Why this problem occurs:

Reason #1: This error usually comes when you are using shared IP address or Proxy or VPN.

Possible Solution: You may have security problem with your PayPal, so, don’t keep changing your IP address, If you have a phone try to verify it. You can send to self as gift or a small payment.

Reason #2: This is also because your PayPal account is new or you are sending payment after a very long period (or, making first time international payment).

Possible Solution: Is your PayPal verified? If yes, try to setup the security question and solve it, You should be able to send payment after that. Also, You only have to open your PayPal account from a Google chrome incognito window and then PayPal let you pay normally (We mean please clear cache and cookies of your browser.)

Reason #3: Sometimes, it appears because of your irregular location. For ex. You are a Canadian citizen; and, you are doing this payment in United States. Just because of another country, it has probably triggered PayPal security and they have stopped payment as they suspect a person in another country is trying to use your account.

Possible Solution: (Applicable to all above mentioned Reasons) Leave your PayPal Idle for 48-96 Hours. Do not try to send or receive funds in that PayPal account during this period. Once 48-96 hours passed, try to make payment. This type of error will come again for 4 to 5 times more and will be removed after frequent usage of this PayPal account. You may also try to remove your card and add it back again.

Payment with Credit Card without PayPal Account

PayPal is not accepting my credit card

Possible Solution: Please double check the data you entered at PayPal’s form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.

Why is my credit card being rejected?

There are a few possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  1. You have entered incorrect card number, expiry date or CVC code.
  2. The card has expired.
  3. You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  4. You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  5. A computer at either end of the transaction is facing temporary technical problems.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to page “My Account” and reset your password by clicking on “Lost your password?”. Enter your registered email address and “Password Reset Instructions” will be sent to your entered/registered email address.

Why can`t I login to My Account though I recently registered?

It is possible that you have: Entered an incorrect user ID or password. (If you have forgotten your password, go to page “My Account” and reset your password by clicking on “Lost your password?”)
